*mind my language if you plan to continue reading as i'm really F*ing geram with this idiot and the hotel*
Imagine entering a hotel, once you get down of the car..the bellmen opens the door for you and helps you with your luggage. Then as you walk towards the front desk, the front desk asst smiles at you and is prepared to do a check in for you answer all of your questions bout the hotel facilites.
My Gosh...you'll never get this experience this happening in this blooooodddddyyyyy hotel WAH KAO!!! my experience - i went there with my mum cuz we went out the whole day and she has a a Datin's birthday dinner to attend after the Adrian Yao Punya giler exam.....ergh
From the car park...i went up..ok...it looks like a very nice hotel although it's just the Fnb outlets...fine...my mum need to use the washroom so i wait for her at the sitting area outside the washroom of course!! in the middle of that 2 restaurants....well..i was sitting there reading my sophie kinsella book borrowed from Agnes with the studpid nyamuk...flying around my kaki...this stupid babi freak keeps on making the TIKUS sound annoying me since the f*ing moment i lay my ass on the sitting area....i stared at him once while he was acting to prepare his station....then he talk to his friends...his friends said smtg...and they said tak layan o...MCB!!!!! I act as if wa sudah pekak wa cuma tau baca buku!!
After my mum came out..they still do the stupid sound i'm like!!! "what is the wrong with you?? Do you need to see the HR?? !! (i dont noe but it just came to my mind straight away...HR) he did a peace sign and pointed straight which is behind me claiming that he's talking to his friend BOB *when there's no one there!!!*and my mother shockingly push me away...in history..if anything like this happens she'll argue like no one's busines..* anyway she pushed me away...and we went up to the lobby to check where is the birhtday venue...
I walked up and saw the Event Board...it states there Victorian2....the front desk was busy as there is only one fellow standing there at the moment so my mum went to ask the lady in waitress uniform standing next to a wedding banner *another restaurant i assume* and she said she's not sure..fine..then we went to sit at the lobby cuz my mum said she'' call her friend to see if she know's where's the place..well, she dont noe..so..i asked my mum to try asking the front desk...guess what she told us?? in a polite way but i'm just still very angry so i'll bold it...
FDA : THERE'S NO BIRTHDAY PARTY RECORDED IN THE SYSTEM
my mum : but i saw its written at the event board is says victorian 2, do you know where is it??
FDA : oh that one..is outside one..you have to go down and ask the fnb outlet staffs..
My mum: ok thanks...
I'm like...wth!!!! YOU STANDING AT THE FRONT DESK SHOULD KNOW BOUT YOUR HOTEL PRODUCT, FACILITES, AND WHAT THE FUCKELER SO ON!!!
Then we went down to ask the Fnb outlets staff...he said..you go straight after the first fountain you turn left...as we were walking walking walking walking walking...i didnt see any fountain!!! its switch off!! but luckily i saw a PA staff...i asked where is the place and she pointed to me...and said no one's there the light is not on..SEE!!! even the PA staff has better attitude then those STAFFS at the Jap outlet and FO...so..we saw another restaurant..(omg...how many restaurants they have???) my mum asked the manager and thank goodness!!! at last one smart, good attitude staf!!! i was too happy till i forget to look at his name tag...ergh..*stupid* He brought us to the room...guess wat?? ITS ON THE LOBBY FLOOR GO STRAIGHT AND THE BLOODY RESTAURANT IS OVER ON THE RIGHT!!!
Wa lao eh!!! such hotel and staffs!!! first time wei..first time...
